Introduction & Operation
Using what I have learned teaching Digital Photography to many groups large, and small is that most of us using computers
may be lacking a little in some of the basic computer skills.
The part that is hardest for me to explain in a way that makes sense is the “file management” because there are so many ways
to accomplish the same things. I also feel that this is something that most instructors and friends helping us with computers
avoid because it's like the multiplication tables: real hard until you know them.
If you don't understand file management you will get lost when we start working with the photo software. So please take time
to view this section at the start, and if you already know every thing covered in the file management section that's terrific.
No software installation is necessary to use the CD. It is fully self-contained. Put the CD in your computer the CD is auto running
it will take a few minutes to load and the menu will come up on your screen. Click on the section to be viewed and it will start
playing. Be sure that you have your speakers turned on.
The training is designed to not take up your full screen, so if you like you can play it while following the steps. By pressing the
Esc button on your keyboard the controls will appear allowing you to stop the player, pause, and start over.
The screen size can be reduced, and repositioned by clicking and dragging. This will allow the user to follow along while the
training is being played.
When done with a section close the window, and return to main the menu.
